Nippers

The Nippers group is our introductory training group and they train one hour per week. 

We run two Nippers groups - one on a Friday from 4pm to 5pm, and one on a Thursday from 5pm to 6pm.

Swimmers in the Nippers group must be at least 7 years old, and will ideally have come completed (to a high level) a program of swimming lessons, in order to prepare them to become members of County Sligo Swimming Club.

Nippers should bring a water bottle to every session.
